How do I book my party?

A $325 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due when you book. The remaining $240 balance, along with any additional guest admissions or activities, is paid at checkout on the day of your party.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your $325 deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or event. You may reschedule your party one time within 16 months of your original booking date.

If weather is a concern, please contact us at least 48 hours before your event to discuss rescheduling. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the deposit and aren't eligible to reschedule.

Can I tour the party spaces before booking?

Absolutely! Party spaces can be viewed by appointment during the week. Unscheduled visits aren't available.

What's included with the party rental?

Your party rental includes a private, covered party area with picnic tables and a refrigerator, plus one hour of setup and 30 minutes of cleanup time.

How many tables are provided?

• Sapphire Flats
  4 picnic tables + 2 wooden banquet tables

• Emerald Pavilion
  4 picnic tables + an 18-foot bar-top area

Are there electrical outlets?

Yes! Both party areas have an electrical outlet. You'll need to bring your own extension cord.

Can I bring a canopy or Easy-Up?

No need! Both party areas are fully covered, so additional canopies aren't permitted.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! You're welcome to bring food and drinks into your party area.

Caterers are also welcome with proof of liability insurance provided at least one week before your party. Food delivery is permitted, but you'll need to meet the delivery at the front desk.

Please keep all food and drinks inside your designated party area and out of the animal enclosures.

Can I have a food truck?

Unfortunately, food trucks aren't permitted because there isn't enough space on-site.

Can I bring decorations?

Yes! Bring your party decorations and make the space your own, but please keep the animals and Ranch environment in mind.

The following aren't permitted:

Confetti • Glitter • Piñatas • Silly string • Poppers • Metallic balloons • Water guns • Water balloons • Whistles • Kazoos • Bounce houses • Jumpers • Inflatables • Play-Doh • Slime/goop • Live or amplified music • Animals

Piñatas aren't permitted due to previous property damage and concerns around environmental and animal safety.

Can we bring alcohol?

No. Alcohol, smoking, and vaping aren't permitted anywhere on Ranch grounds. Parties found with alcohol will be shut down.

Where do we check in?

Check in and ticket pickup take place at the front desk on the day of your party. Tickets can't be picked up ahead of time.

What do my guests need to do when they arrive?

You'll provide us with the first and last names of your guests during the week of your event. Guests can then check in by providing their names at the front desk.

Everyone entering the Ranch needs a completed safety waiver, so we recommend having guests complete their waivers before arriving for a faster check-in.

Is there a credit card requirement?

Yes. A credit card must be left at the front desk when you check in and can be picked up after checkout. Guests won't be admitted without a card on file.

Where should we park?

Parking is available at:

• Paseo Adelanto

• Los Rios Park

• The parking lot at the end of Paseo Adelanto

• The parking structure off Verdugo

The same parking options apply to guests and caterers.

Can someone from the Ranch help us unload?

Unfortunately, no. Ranch Hands aren't available to transport your party supplies to or from the party area.

We highly recommend bringing your own wagon, especially if you're bringing lots of decorations, food, or supplies.

Can I store my party supplies at the Ranch?

No. We don't have storage or refrigeration available before or after your event, and the Ranch isn't responsible for storing your belongings.

Will a Ranch Hand be assigned to our party?

Your party is self-hosted, so a dedicated host won't be stationed in your party area. Our team will help with check-in and will be available at the front desk throughout your visit if you need assistance.

What if I have a question during my party?

Stop by the front desk and our team will be happy to help.

Can I add activities to my party?

Absolutely! Add some extra Ranch fun with discounted:

Feed Baskets — $5
Train Rides — $4
Tractor Rides — $4
Excavator Rides — $2

Pony rides and mining experiences are also available at their regular pricing.

Are all rides guaranteed to be open?

Rides are regularly maintained and may occasionally close due to weather or other conditions, so we can't guarantee that every attraction will be operating during your event.

How much cleanup time do we have?

You have 30 minutes after your party to clean up. Two trash cans with bags are provided in your party area. Please don't dump water or ice in the event space.

What happens to unused attraction tickets?

Unused tickets can be used at a later date, but they expire one year after your event date and aren't refundable.
