I have a Zoomars Cheep Card, Zap Pass and/or Fun Card will that still be valid? 

Yes, we are honoring all cards that have not expired. 

What does the Annual Pass include?

The Annual Pass includes admission for four people daily for a year from purchase date.

Membership is exclusive for families in the same household, grandparents, or nannies. All members that are allowed to use the pass must be listed under the account and show ID upon check in. To add members to that list please email info@riverstreetranch.com.

Why do I have to show a photo ID when I use my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable and a valid photo ID is required to gain admission to our ranch. This protects our members from unwanted people using there membership.

Can I lend my membership to a friend or family member?

No, memberships are nontransferable and a valid photo ID is required for members to gain admission to our parks.

I have an expired Groupon will you still honor that? 

Yes, we accept all expired Groupon’s value towards the admissions.

Where can I park?

Closest parking available is located on Paseo Adelanto, as well as at Los Rios Park and the Parking Structure (entrance off Verdugo). Additional parking is also located at the end of Paseo Adelanto in the parking lot. For more information please see the City of San Juan Capistrano’s Parking Map.

Are there restrooms on-site? 

Yes, we have 3 portable restrooms on site and there is bathrooms located across the train tracks or next door at Los Rios Park.

Can I donate my guinea pig to you?

We only get guinea pigs from shelters, rescues or breeders.

Can I adopt a guinea pig? 

Yes you can! Please be aware guinea pigs have a life span of 5-8 years and require a lot of work! Please do your research on owning guinea pigs and if you are still interested please email us at info@riverstreetranch.com with information about yourself and why you want to adopt a guinea pig.

What do you do with the animals when it gets to hot or to cold? 

We take preventative measures to ensure we keep all our animals at optimal temperature. If our guinea pig pens or rabbit pens reach 82 degrees or below 60 degrees we will take all the guinea pigs and rabbit off exhibit to be brought inside in a temperature controlled room.

What happens when you clean the rabbit and guinea pig pen?

We clean our rabbit and guinea pig pen once a week on Thursday and we keep them in a temperature controlled room and they will not be on exhibit that day if there pen isn’t dry enough for us to bring them out.

Are all rides available everyday?

Most of the time yes, but please be aware that rides are constantly being maintained and some rides are subject to weather permitting and we can not guarantee that rides will be available everyday.

Are all animals available everyday?

Most of the time yes, but please be aware that sometimes are animals need a break or there enclosure needs some repair and we can not guarantee that all animals will be out for exhibit everyday.

Do you sell your chickens eggs? 

All of the Ranch Hands take them home to eat!

Can adults ride the train?

Our kiddie train was designed just for kids and cannot accommodate adults.

Can we walk with our kids on their pony rides?

Our experienced Ranch Hands walk alongside with your kids so you are able to take those memorable photos that you will cherish for years to come!

Is there anywhere to eat nearby?

There is a great selection of restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Do you allow service animals?

Yes, but they are not allowed inside any of our animal enclosures.
